A little bit about me:

I'm Linzi McKerr and I fell in love with reflexology when it helped with severe neck problems that were stress related. Reflexology helped me unwind, cope better with the demands of a busy job and hectic life and got my life back on track.

I am also a well-being coach, which pairs well with reflexology. As an ex-English teacher and University Lecturer, I have plenty of experience in guiding self reflection and helping people with journal writing.

Qualifications

*I am fully qualified, insured, and registered with the Association of Reflexologists and the Association for Coaching.

Coaching

*I am trained in positive psychology coaching which looks to empower people's strengths, skills and emotions. This includes all aspects of life such as stress, career, relationships and personal development.

*I offer 1-1 coaching sessions, as well as group coaching sessions.

*I am a trained menopause coach.

Workshops

*I offer monthly journalling workshops at The Fold, on every first Tuesday of the month.

* I also run Well-Being Workshops and can accommodate these to suit your needs.

Reflexology

* I have a Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology with Merit.

*I am also trained in reflexology for the menopause: a great natural support at this transition time.

*I specialise in foot reflexology that encompasses the Chi Medics approach: ‘A balanced synergy of the Chinese Philosophy, including TCM, Energy diagnostics and Acupressure’ to rebalance the body and mind.

*I also offer cranial and facial reflexology to de-stress and relax; great for those people who don’t like their feet being touched!

Fun facts

*I'm also a doctor (Ed. D) but an academic one, not a medical one!

*I’m eco-friendly too!

*I'm Emergency First Aid at work trained(2024)

*I'm a keen furry feline parent
